Based in Washington State, LAYMIN creates products and good by hand. Specializing in cut n sew, graphic design, screen printing and embroidery. For custom orders or design services navigate to the Services menu.

Production

We usually showcase some behind the scenes work on our second Instagram page and the process of our work. Being fully in-house insures our attention to detail in unmatched. Our product releases consist one of two ways:

• Pre-Made: Ships immediately
• Made-To-Order: Ships in 1-2 weeks

Our new products have a time window to order that can be 24 hours - 3 days. This will add additional time to receive your product.

We are transitioning to only make limited quantities to cut back on waste. In our studio we use environmentally safe chemicals and are switching to become more green in a harmful industry.

Shipping Policy

Order processing takes 1-3 days before shipping is fulfilled depending on when the order is placed.

Each online order placed will get an email containing a tracking number to get updates on your shipment. Reach out via email if there are any complications so that we can further assist you.

Shipping times:

• USA - 2 to 5 days
• International - Not available (click here for a custom request)

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Defectives are eligible for refund.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, 

• Product(s) must not be worn or damaged.
• Packaging must be intact with all tags attached.
• Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. 

To get your refund/exchange started, email miny@thelaymin.com directly and include a photo. Return shipping must be paid by customer. There are no restocking fees.

After inspecting your return we will shoot you an email. Refunds are automatically processed back to the original form of tender. It may take a few days for it to process to show back in the card.

Your personal data is collected when visiting our website in a variety of ways:

• When you openly hand it to us (contact page, purchasing product)
• Logging and analytic tools (cookies, tags)
• Third-party sources (Google, Shopify)

Damages and Defects

Any LAYMIN product that is delivered defected can be sent back to us for a full refund or replacement if the product is still available. Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and get to a conclusion.
