Refund policy
All sales are final; we do not offer returns or exchanges except in special circumstances. Please ensure that you select the correct size and provide accurate shipping information before completing your purchase, as we cannot modify orders once they are placed. In rare cases, adjustments may be accommodated within 24-48 hours after the store has closed. For any inquiries, please contact us at minyoung@laymin.com.
LAYMIN aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. We cannot assist with such issues after 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping fulfillment may take up to 2-4 weeks from the date of your order, with specialty items potentially requiring additional time. Please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays; if you encounter issues, please reach out directly to the shipping company.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange,
- Product(s) must not be worn or damaged.
- Packaging must be intact with all tags attached.
- Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
To get started on your refund/exchange, email minyoung@laymin.com directly with he subject line REFUND/EXCHANGE. Attach a photo. Return shipping must be paid by customer. There are no restocking fees.
After inspecting your return we will shoot you an email. Refunds are automatically processed back to the original form of tender. It may take a few days for it to process to show back in the card.
